Rob, Insurance Coordinator
Rob is originally from Houston but not new to East Texas. He has a bachelor's degree in journalism from Stephen F. Austin State University along with years of former experience in media. With his expertise in providing information, his mission is to assist patients with the utmost accurate data on insurance coverage, explaining the process of procedures, and helping all who contact us or walk through our doors in any way possible. When he's not providing excellent service to patients, he's probably woodworking, experimenting with cooking recipes, or nerding out over video games, movies, TV shows, and music – sometimes all at the same time.
Jayde, Front Office
Jayde was born and raised in East Texas. She has been a dental assistant since 2018 and has expanded her duties to include front office. Jayde loves working with all of her patients and is dedicated to making sure they all get the best care possible. She enjoys spending time with her family and newborn son Lane, watching movies, playing with their dogs, and baking. She is excited to help you seek, obtain, and achieve your best dental care possible.
Susan, Dental Hygienist
Susan was born in Dallas and has lived in Tyler for over 38 years. She attended Caruth School of Dental Hygiene at Baylor College of Dentistry. Susan earned a BS degree with a major in Dental Hygiene. Susan is a licensed dental hygienist for almost 30 years and loves serving and educating her patients. In her spare time, she enjoys Bible Study and church activities with her husband. Susan looks forward to helping you achieve your best oral health possible through active and preventive care.
Crystal, Dental Hygienist
Crystal was born and raised in Tyler, Texas and is a proud Tyler High and TJC alumni. She graduated in August 2020 with her AAS in Dental Hygiene. She has an amazing support system that consists of her long time boyfriend, Cruz, her two devoted parents, and her special fur baby, Boomer. In her spare time she loves to watch movies, shop online, cook, and plan trips!
Abril, Dental Assistant
Abril was born and raised in Tyler, Texas. She graduated first generation at Early College High School earning a high school diploma and Associates degree in General Studies. She received her CDA, RDA certification from Tyler Junior College's fine Dental Assisting School. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and friends. Abril is excited to serve alongside the doctors to help better your dental care.
Emily, Dental Assistant
Emily is from Tyler, Texas. She loves to spend time with her husband Michael and son Aiden. She also enjoys Bible study and playing with her fur babies. Emily enjoys dental assisting and is excited to be a part of helping you be comfortable and confident with your smile.
